STEPHEN R. FOGARTY, a partner in the law firm, is an attorney whose practice includes the representation of management in education law, municipal law and labor relations matters including defense litigation. A magna cum laude graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas College, Mr. Fogarty received his law degree from Widener University Law School in 1979. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1979, the United States Supreme Court Bar in 1985, the New York Bar in 1989 and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in 1995. Subsequent to his graduation from law school, Mr. Fogarty served a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Eugene L. Lora, a Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. Mr. Fogarty has given presentations on a variety of topics before the New Jersey School Boards Association, New Jersey Association of School Administrators, New Jersey Association of School Business Officials, New Jersey Association of Transportation Supervisors, Bergen County School Business Officials, Bergen County Regions of Special Education, Passaic County School Boards Association, Nyack College, Rutgers University, and William Paterson University. Mr. Fogarty is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Bergen County Bar Association, National School Board Association Council of School Attorneys, and New Jersey Association of School Attorneys.
