RODNEY T. HARA, a partner in the law firm, is an attorney whose practice includes the representation of management in education law, municipal law and labor relations matters including defense litigation. A magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Rutgers University, Mr. Hara received his law degree from Rutgers University in 1979. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1979, the United States Supreme Court Bar in 1985, the New York Bar in 1990 and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in 1995. Subsequent to his graduation from law school, Mr. Hara served a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Bertram Polow, a Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. Mr. Hara has given presentations on a variety of topics before the State Department of Education, New Jersey School Boards Association, New Jersey Association of School Administrators, New Jersey School Development Council and county school board associations. Mr. Hara is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, Bergen County Bar Association, National School Board Association Council of School Attorneys and New Jersey Association of School Attorneys.
