ROBERT D. LORFINK is a partner with Fogarty & Hara. Mr. Lorfink graduated magna cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law where he was a member of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal. He previously graduated summa cum laude from Saint Peter’s College (now Saint Peter’s University) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Prior to joining Fogarty & Hara, Mr. Lorfink served a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Victor Ashrafi of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. Mr. Lorfink is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
