SEAN W. FOGARTY is an associate with Fogarty & Hara. Mr. Fogarty provides counsel to management in education law. He graduated from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2021 where he was a member of the Honor Board. During law school, Mr. Fogarty worked as an in-house counsel intern for a large Rhode Island based insurance group and was a law clerk for a civil litigation firm. Before law school, Mr. Fogarty worked for a regional insurance defense firm in New Jersey as a paralegal. Mr. Fogarty earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from Siena College in 2016 where he was a member of the cross country and track programs. He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
